Scallop and apple salad

Serves 1-2

Seared scallops ad apple salad🤤

Been working on some new healthy recipes for the new year🎉 
This easy lunchtime recipes has only a few ingredients but tastes amazing...
1)Season your scallops with salt and pepper then Sear them off in a hot pan with some olive oil,2) While the scallops are cooking cut up your apple and soak in water ad lemon juice so they don't turn brown.3) Cut up your lettuce and dress it with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 4) When your scallops are almost done squeeze some lemon juice on them and take them out the pan.5) Plate your salad and zest your lemon right on top.
- bay scallops- juice and zest of 2 lemon- granny Smith apples (cut into matchsticks if u want to be fancy)- extra Virginia olive oil- regular olive oil for searing the scallops- salt and pepper - butter lettuce

Spicy beef salad

Serves 3-5

Spicy beef salad 🥗 😋 😍 
This salad may have alot of components to it, but I promise you it is worth it in the end! 
Here are the ingredients to make your own version ...

1) Season your steak with sat and pepper and cook the steaks to your desired doneness.set to the side to rest2) To make your dressing chop your chili and garlic up and use salt to grind into a paste. Add paste,sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice to a bowl and mix well3) To get your carrot ribbons use a peeler, then add your radish, shallots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, and mint. Drizzle with some of the dressing and toss to coat the salad. 4) Slice your steak and add to the salad then top with roasted peanuts and cilantro.For the dressing:- red chili 🌶- garlic 🧄- salt- white sugar- fish sauce- lime juice🍈
For the salad :- carrot ribbons 🥕 - radish- shallots 🧅- cherry tomatoes 🍅- cucumber 🥒 - Green onions - lettuce 🥬- mint- peanuts- cilantro- sirloin steak 🥩

Miso poached salmon

Serves 4-6

Poached salmon with miso broth served with broccolini, bok choy, and mushrooms 
This was sooooo good. First time I have made this particular dish and I couldn't be happier with it. 
Here are a few ingredients to make this dish you own!
- soy bean paste- vegetable stock or seafood stock- lime juice- red chili- sliced ginger- Salmon- broccolini- boc choy- white mushrooms- sesame oil- Green onions- cilantro
1) To make your broth heat your pan and add 3 tablespoons of your soy bean paste  then add 3 cups of broth, one red chili sliced, and sliced ginger, bring to a boil then let simmer.2) Add in your salmon skin side down and cook 2 to 3 min on both sides then take out and set to the side.3) add in your bok choy and broccolini to your broth and let steam for about 3 minutes. 4) Coat your bowl with sesame oil before you plate your meal, then place your salmon in the bowl first then your veggies and top with the sliced mushrooms, green onions and cilantro then add the broth and ...
